That you seem to be unaware that absurd amounts of money and energy are being spent explicitly on manufacturing synthetic fuels for transportation and that this explicit use case shows up in total cost of ownership studies, IEA reports and pitches to VC is fascinating.

This is not a worst case stalking horse, it is something that a very large number of people consider a requirement and I and other analysts consider to be economic and energetic nonsense.

It remains unclear what your point is except some belief in hydrogen which is unmerited. I would recommend sitting with this material for a while.
