Not an analysis of Mills specifically, but Michaux' nonsense in the space. The errors are common.

As for SMRs? Please. Foregoing thermal efficiencies of GW scale for non-existent economies driven by Wright's Law with first of a kind solutions that won't around for a decade or two is another delaying tactic, not a credible solution.
