No, it's a terrible idea. Ammonia gas is toxic to humans, so leaks inside the fuselage would kill everyone. Ammonia must be chilled to -33.6° C to become a denser liquid, and even then it's energy density is only 42% of diesel or kerosene.
Ammonia turns into highly corrosive gas if exposed to water in very small amounts, so leaks and rainstorms would turn into planes falling out of the sky, and ditching in water would lead to every having their lungs rot in their bodies.
The combination of characteristics would mean killing ground crews regularly.
