China has a 500 ton a day, 180,000 ton a year plant in operation. Teething pains means it's running at a third of that.

One thing that people are realizing is that promises of electrolyzer flexibility just aren't panning out. They are significantly less flexible than promised.

Quebec doesn't have that problem as they have 24/7/365 electricity on a mature and fairly reliable grid. Not as good as Germany or Denmark, but a lot better than Texas. ;)
